Wedding Package Terms and Conditions
- Wedding Package Offers are subject to stock availability.
- Delivery is not included in the package price and will be an additional cost.
- Colour options for swags are available, subject to stock availability.
- All ground information to be supplied by the hirer and checked and authorised by the hirer.
- Bookings cover one weekend or 2 day event hire period. Set up and take down dates to be arranged on booking.
- Optional extra's can be arranged, prices on request, subject to availability.
- A deposit of 30% is required on booking of the event.
- Suitable parking and access required for company vehicles.
- Full and final payment required 7 working days prior to the event date.
- It is the responsibility of the hirer to take out event insurance for all equipment supplied by All Undercover for the whole hire period.
