Wedding Package Terms and Conditions

  • Wedding Package Offers are subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery is not included in the package price and will be an additional cost.
  • Colour options for swags are available, subject to stock availability.
  • All ground information to be supplied by the hirer and checked and authorised by the hirer.
  • Bookings cover one weekend or 2 day event hire period. Set up and take down dates to be arranged on booking.
  • Optional extra's can be arranged, prices on request, subject to availability.
  • A deposit of 30% is required on booking of the event.
  • Suitable parking and access required for company vehicles.
  • Full and final payment required 7 working days prior to the event date.
  • It is the responsibility of the hirer to take out event insurance for all equipment supplied by All Undercover for the whole hire period.
