Marquees Supplied for The Secret Garden Party and We Out Here Festival 2022

After a 4 year gap, it was great to have the return of Secret Garden Party in Abbots Ripton. We have worked with SGP since 2013, when the festival was a lot smaller than it is now.

Our first job on site is always Crew Catering, where we supplied a 15m x 30m structure with flooring. Most of our marquees are for the "practical" side of a festival i.e medical, covid, evictions, briefing & production. For the first time at a festival, we were asked to put in air con units - usually we are asked for heaters !

We also built a 6m x 6m Highlight Marquee for Wildash, a sustainable luxury home décor brand.

In 2019, with no SGP on the cards, a new festival arrived in Abbots Ripton. This time the focus was on jazz. So we are now in our 3rd year working alongside We Out Here.

We have had a couple of days building 20 marquees up at the site in preparation for their 4 day festival over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Along with the usual structures, we have also erected a Blacked Out Film Tent, main entrance lanes, green room & merchandise tent.

We have built on grass, not on sand as the pictures seem to appear. Unfortunately, due to the shear lack of rain this summer, everything on site is incredibly dusty, hence the state of the roofs. Lets hope we get some rain before the festival to wash the marquees down!
